Brought in during the shell and core stage, this stunning seven-bedroom beachfront villa presented an exciting opportunity to reimagine coastal living. Our mission was to move beyond conventional beach house design, creating a home that embraces its seaside setting while delivering sophisticated modern luxury across its generous 3,600 sqm plot.
A Grand Welcome of Water and Elegance
The experience begins with a grand entrance, where a water-bound pathway with leveled steps creates a striking impression as you arrive. This design choice also sets the tone for the villa's seamless integration of water elements throughout the property.
The façade harmoniously combines natural stone and wood with sleek glass elements, creating a modern interpretation of coastal architecture that complements the surrounding landscape.
Open Spaces, Endless Horizons
Designed to maximize the stunning beach views while preserving privacy, the family living quarters unfold as an open plan, uniting the living room, library, show kitchen, and family dining area into one inviting space.
Floor-to-ceiling glass doors dissolve the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living, offering natural, ample light and direct views of the infinity pool, which appears to merge with the ocean on the horizon.
