With decades of global experience in construction and design, it was only a matter of time before Ziad and Neda would join forces. Drawing from his experience in the technical and creative aspects of architecture, he brings a wealth of knowledge and a keen eye for detail to every project.
As the Managing Director, Ziad oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, ensuring every project is executed to the highest standards from start to finish. His unwavering commitment to exceeding client expectations is a driving force behind our firm's continued success and reputation for delivering exceptional, fully realized spaces.
Neda Ziad
Co-Founder I Creative Director
With over a decade of experience, Neda’s passion for architecture began in her childhood in Vancouver when her father, Ziad, took her to a construction site for the first time. Each visit deepened her understanding of the built environment and fueled her desire to create—transforming her fascination with shapes and structures into a lifelong pursuit of architectural excellence.
After earning her BA in Architecture from the American University of Sharjah and contributing to numerous award-winning spaces in Dubai and Vancouver, Neda co-founded Neda Ziad Architects with her father in 2021. As the Co-Founder and Creative Director, she continues to push the creative boundaries of design—creating captivating spaces that seamlessly blend beauty, comfort, and functionality.
